Looking for someone to perform yearly maintenance on my furnace and gas fireplace. Was impressed with the reviews and that they answered every one of them. Mike performed the job very well, and didn't push new parts although the furnace is 18 years old. We did decide to replace the burners as they were rusted. The fireplace functions better than it has in years. I will not hesitate to call M&S again in the future.
